Scope of work included wooden and metal cladding for walls and ceilings, fire-rated wooden doors, back-painted glass, and fixed joinery elements such as cabinets, hidden storage, lockers, pantries, and a coffee bar. The project also involved complete ducting and HVAC system installation. A seamless blend of design and performance tailored to ELM’s operational needs.
